Baby Mario is an important character in the Yoshi video game series, created to represent Baby Mario. He is often seen rescuing Baby Luigi, who was kidnapped by Kamek, as in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.
Since then, he has appeared in two other games in the Yoshi series and alongside his adult version in several spin-off sports games. Despite his young age, he is capable of playing various sports, driving karts, and even fighting enemies (as in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time).
