Luigi Chat is a form of Luigi that appeared in Super Mario 3D World.
He can transform by using the Super Bell. In this form, the player can climb walls for a short moment and ascend the finish pole.
"He can also leap onto enemies in mid-air to scratch them. Luigi Cat can also scratch enemies up close on the ground and slide over them. When he runs, Luigi Cat crouches down and runs at a low height."
"He can also spin the Cat Wheels, like Tanuki Mario in Super Mario 3D Land. Cat Luigi can also sprint much faster than with any other power-up."
