Ten years have passed since the first installment, and the face of EDN III has radically changed.
The terraforming efforts have borne fruit: the ice has begun to melt, giving way to lush tropical jungles and harsh, unforgiving deserts.
Players will explore this new environment and follow the adventures of their own customized snow pirate, launched on a quest to take control of this rapidly changing planet.
They will control their heroes through six interconnected episodes, offering a unique interactive experience that evolves based on their actions. The campaign mode, intense and action-packed, allows for the formation of teams of four players online to complete missions with their friends.
Lost Planet 2 offers a vast arsenal to unleash on unsuspecting enemies. Machine guns, shotguns, rocket launchers, lasers, sniper rifles, grenades, and many other weapons are scattered throughout the game.
However, the most formidable weapons of Lost Planet 2 are bipedal: the Vital Suits, heavily armed and armored robots, make their grand return, more numerous and varied than in the first installment. There are VS that transform into other vehicles, can accommodate up to three players, and some even require multiple players to be used.
