Shape Up is a sports game available on Xbox One.

Leveraging Kinect, it mimics the player in-game and puts them through different mini-games with the goal of burning calories.

It can be for example to jump from one piano key to another to make a melody, to burst melons with your knees or to propel yourself as far as possible with push-ups.
